  • The machine body is made of high-quality HT300 cast iron, offering excellent rigidity, strong vibration absorption, and long-term structural stability. After annealing and shot blasting treatment, the casting achieves enhanced hardness and dimensional stability above 180 HB.
  • All guideways and mounting surfaces are hand-scraped with high precision (18–25 points per square inch), improving machine accuracy, mechanical rigidity, and service life. Imported PTFE (Teflon) coating reduces friction and improves wear resistance for smooth and stable motion.
