  • This machine adopts a single-column structure with a logical and stable motion system: the grinding head moves vertically (Z-axis), the saddle moves front-to-back (Y-axis), and the worktable moves left-to-right (X-axis), ensuring high efficiency and machining stability for large workpieces.
  • The machine body is made of high-quality HT300 cast iron with strong vibration absorption and excellent structural rigidity. After annealing and shot blasting treatment, the casting achieves high dimensional stability and hardness above 180 HB, ensuring long-term precision retention.
  • All guideways and mounting surfaces are hand-scraped with high precision (18–25 points per square inch), improving mechanical accuracy, rigidity, and service life. Imported PTFE (Teflon) coating reduces friction and enhances wear resistance for smoother and more stable movement.
  • The X-axis is driven by an independent hydraulic system, allowing stable and smooth table movement with adjustable speed from 5–25 m/min.
